Standard custom MOQ: 200 pieces per color and style.
Complex fabrics, seamless techniques or special trims may require more. For a standard product, use Ready Styles from 50 pieces per style.
Selected Full Custom projects of 100–200 pieces across multiple colors or styles can be reviewed individually. Send the total quantity and the color/style/size breakdown; feasibility and the final minimum are confirmed in writing.
We do not accept Full Custom bulk orders below 100 pieces. This review does not change Ready Styles from 50 pieces per style or 3D flocked support from 500 pieces per color and style.

Our priority development routes are seamless activewear and 3D flocked support. The brief may start with a new collection, an existing product that needs improvement, or a change of production partner.
When a client brings a premium-brand reference, we work through the fabric and quality questions with them. Our supply network gives the team options to compare; the next step is to agree which hand feel, fit, surface and finishing requirements matter for the client's own product.
Our project experience includes responding to quality issues through repeated discussions with factory and QC teams, and adjusting production-line configuration where needed. Corrections are reviewed against the agreed product requirements; an intervention is not a promise that every order will be issue-free.
Our team's ongoing exposure to premium-brand product requirements informs how we discuss proportion, colour, texture and finishing. Designers, commercial staff and production teams contribute different perspectives, helping the brief move beyond a drawing toward a distinctive product.

Incoming, in-process and final QC use approved specifications and an order-specific inspection plan. Agree the defect criteria, testing evidence and final acceptance requirements with your team.
Confirm packing, documentation and the agreed shipping terms. For a repeat order, review the retained specifications, any changes, material availability and the next production window before confirming a new quotation.
For an ongoing range, agree which approved references carry into the next order: fabric specification, color target, size measurements, trims, artwork and packing. Flag any requested substitution or revision for review before it enters production.
Material availability, production timing and the applicable quality plan are reconfirmed per order. Group capacity is not a reservation for an individual program.
