We manufacture technical jackets, hooded windbreakers, packable shells, insulated and down-chamber puffers, fleece mid-layers and stretch hybrid jackets for outdoor and lifestyle brands. Construction is built for weatherproofing: laser and thermal bonding, taped/welded seams, down chambers for even fill, four-needle six-thread sewing on high-stress panels, and digital pressing for a clean finish. Custom trims include waterproof zippers, reflective transfers, silicone logos and adjustable elastic.
For shell graphics and reflective details, use the activewear printing guide to verify transfer/ink compatibility with the exact coating or finish, press damage, adhesion, abrasion and any performance claim. A decoration must not be assumed harmless to a membrane, DWR or seam-taped construction.

The styles in our gallery run on technical nylon and polyamide shells (100% Nylon, 100% Polyamide, dual-shell Nylon/Polyester constructions) plus polyester insulation and wovens. For active, articulated fits we use stretch shells such as 95% Nylon/10% Elastane, 84% Polyamide/16% Elastane and 78% Nylon/22% Spandex, alongside a 100% cotton casual jacket.

For outdoor orders, match GRS, OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 or bluesign/bluepass evidence to the exact shell, lining, fill, membrane, finish, trims and order; one facility or fabric logo does not prove every component, PFAS status or legal requirement.
