Linked Sourcing ("we", "us") is the English-speaking sourcing arm of Jiaxing Layo Group. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you contact us or submit an inquiry, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We only collect what we need to respond to your request — we do not sell your data.
Information we collect
When you submit our inquiry form, or contact us by email or WhatsApp, we may collect:
- Your name and work email address
- Your company and country / market
- The product category you are interested in
- Your WhatsApp number, if you choose to provide it
- The details of your inquiry (quantities, target price, timeline, tech packs or artwork you send us)
- For a trade-show meeting request, the event, preferred date and time window, meeting topic and any scheduling note you provide
Only the total number of active meeting requests for each event is shown publicly. Names, companies and contact details are never included in the public count response.
Cookies, local storage and advertising measurement
We use essential browser storage to remember your privacy choice. If Google Ads measurement is enabled on this site, all optional advertising and analytics storage is denied by default. The Google tag is loaded only after you choose Allow optional measurement.
When you allow optional measurement, Google Ads may use cookies or similar technologies to:
- attribute a successful inquiry to an advertisement;
- measure clicks on our WhatsApp and email contact links; and
- help us understand campaign performance without receiving the contents of your inquiry.
If you choose Use necessary only, the optional Google tag stays off. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the button below. Withdrawing consent stops future optional measurement and the site attempts to remove accessible Google measurement cookies for this domain.
Google processes measurement data under its own terms. See Google's Privacy Policy. Our website also loads web fonts from Fontshare / api.fontshare.com, which may receive your IP address as a normal part of serving those files.
How we use it
We use the information you provide only to:
- Reply to your inquiry and prepare costings, fabric options and sampling plans
- Review, schedule and confirm a trade-show meeting you request
- Coordinate sampling, production, quality control and shipping if we work together
- Keep a record of our business correspondence with you
For visitors in the EU/UK, our legal basis for processing is taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.
How your inquiry reaches us
Our inquiry form is delivered through Web3Forms, a third-party form-handling service that forwards your submission to our email inbox. Your submission is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Please see the Web3Forms privacy policy for how they handle data in transit.
Trade-show meeting requests are sent directly to our website and stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database. The public website can read only aggregate request totals; it cannot retrieve the booking contact list. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for information about Cloudflare's processing and infrastructure.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the internal business, design, production, QC and logistics teams within our group who need it to respond to and fulfil your request, and with service providers (such as the form and email and infrastructure providers above) acting on our behalf. We may disclose information where required by law.
Data retention
We keep your inquiry and correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain our business relationship, and to meet legal or accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see below).
Trade-show meeting requests that do not lead to an ongoing business discussion are scheduled for review and deletion within 90 days after the relevant event ends. Confirmed business correspondence may be kept longer where needed for follow-up or legal records.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to our use of your personal information, and to request a copy of it.
