Construction is engineered for chlorine, salt and UV exposure: bonded and four-needle six-thread elastic seams, power-net linings, fully encased elastic at legs and necklines, and laser/thermal bonding for clean, chafe-free edges.

The styles in our gallery run on swim-grade stretch knits, not generic jersey:
- 86% nylon / 14% spandex and 82% nylon / 18% spandex (KKC and TV series) for high-recovery bikinis and tops
- 100% nylon and 100% polyester (PES) bases for printed and resort pieces
- 100% polyurethane and an 8% polyester / 30% elastane / 62% nylon compression blend for sculpting one-pieces
OEM vs ODM
Send a tech pack or approved sample for OEM, or co-develop cut, print and trims from our fabric library and design studio for ODM. MOQ is 200–300 pcs per style, sampling runs 7–10 working days, and bulk ships 30–45 days after confirmation.
For swimwear buyers, OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 (skin-contact, no harmful substances) and GRS (recycled-nylon swim fabrics now standard in EU resort lines) matter most. We own our six factories, so your swim program is run directly — not subcontracted out.
