- 100% polyurethane and an 8% polyester / 30% elastane / 62% nylon compression blend for sculpting one-pieces

Send a tech pack or approved sample for OEM, or co-develop cut, print and trims from our fabric library and design studio for ODM. Full custom MOQ starts from 200 pcs per color and style, sampling runs 7–10 working days, and bulk ships 30–45 days after confirmation. Standard ready styles can be requested privately through our Excel catalogue from 50 pcs per style.
Before cutting a custom swim fabric or print lot, use the activewear fabric inspection checklist to connect roll identity, visible defects, usable width, GSM, shade and geometry to the separate chlorine, saltwater, opacity and recovery evidence.
For swimwear buyers, material certification, chemical compliance and product performance answer different questions. State any required certificate scope, destination-market requirements, test methods and pass criteria before ordering; do not treat one certificate as proof of chlorine, sea-water, light or elastic durability.
