We manufacture on-court and on-course apparel for golf and tennis brands: piqué and interlock polos, pleated and built-in-short skorts, court dresses, performance shorts, base layers and lightweight technical jackets. Production runs on automatic cutting, four-needle six-thread sewing for flat athletic seams, laser/thermal bonding for clean plackets and hems, and digital pressing — with custom collars, ribbed cuffs, zippers, silicone logos and reflective transfers.

Full custom MOQ starts from 200 pcs per color and style, sampling takes 7–10 working days, and bulk production takes 30–45 days after confirmation. Standard ready styles can be requested privately in our Excel catalogue from 50 pcs per style. Certification needs depend on the buyer and exact order: verify the covered article/components and product class for OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100, and the certified chain plus transaction evidence for a GRS recycled-content claim. Neither proves every style, lot, destination law or performance claim; use the activewear chemical-compliance checklist.
For polos, long sleeves, court dresses and lightweight layers carrying a sun-protection claim, use the activewear UPF and UV-protection testing guide to control the material/color report, mesh and opening map, wear extension, care state and destination-market labeling.
For a tennis, pickleball or exercise dress, use the tennis dress manufacturing guide to specify the outer dress and inner liner separately—including torso and rise fit, built-in shorts, ball or phone pockets, leg grippers, bathroom access, movement coverage and after-care approval.
