Streetwear & fashion apparel manufacturer in China — OEM & ODM

We build heavyweight street silhouettes that lean on garment construction and finishing rather than performance stretch: boxy hoodies, oversized tees, garment-dye crews and cargo pants. Production runs on automatic cutting, four-needle six-thread sewing and digital pressing, with garment-dye lines, enzyme/stone washes and silicone or reflective-transfer logos that give street pieces their hand-feel and drape.

Use the heavyweight hoodie manufacturing guide to turn boxy, oversized, vintage-wash, heavyweight and zip-hoodie references into an original fabric–fit–finish–care specification. It maps conditioned GSM, face/back construction, hood and rib balance, zippers, garment wash, shade range, shrinkage, twist, surface change and claim evidence without implying that a trend image reveals the factory recipe.

For baggy, cuffed, cropped, straight-leg or vintage-wash sweatpants, use the heavyweight jogger manufacturing guide to map waist/rise/crotch/seat/thigh/knee/hem balance, elastic/drawcord, pocket loads, timed knee recovery, wash/twist and coordinated-set shade. A product photo cannot reveal a brand’s pattern, elastic code, wash recipe or private supplier evidence.

Use the activewear and apparel printing guide to compare screen print, DTF and heat-transfer candidates for large graphics, detailed placements and reflective marks. Garment wash, surface, shrinkage, ink/adhesive chemistry and the intended hand must be part of the application trial.

The fabrics in this category set the tone. Most styles — the LY-BD, LY-SD and LY-RD garment-dye series, plus the SHANE crew — run 100% cotton heavyweight knit (240–400 gsm) for body and structure. For drape and movement we also blend, as in LEVHA (59% rayon / 30% nylon / 11% elastane), ALESSANDRA (92% polyester / 8% elastane) and the LY-PT nylon/spandex cargo styles.

OEM, ODM, MOQ and lead times

  • OEM to your tech pack and approved sample; ODM developed from concept using our in-house design team and fabric library.
  • Full custom MOQ from 200 pcs per color and style; private ready styles from 50 pcs per style; sampling 7–10 working days; bulk 30–45 days after confirmation.

For fashion orders, verify the exact certified article/components and product class before relying on OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100. For a recycled-content claim, match GRS scope and transaction evidence to the order; it is not a universal sustainability or chemical-safety certificate. See the chemical-compliance checklist and eco-certification comparison.

We own our six factories, so your spec runs in-house — no trading-company markup. Send your tech pack or design brief and we’ll quote within one business day. For matching hoodies, crewnecks, zip sweats and bottoms, the matching sweat set manufacturing guide separates two-style MOQ, body/rib/component identity, shade and wash lots, upper/lower fit, mixed-size pairings, labels, packaging and TikTok/Instagram signals. A matching color name or reel is not a production specification or demand forecast.

For a heavyweight or graphic streetwear tee, the heavyweight T-shirt manufacturing guide converts boxy, oversized, drop-shoulder, pigment-dyed and vintage-wash language into original body/rib materials, measurable geometry, collar-recovery, seam-twist, print, care and MOQ decisions. Public brand pages and social posts are design-question evidence—not copy permission, supplier evidence or a demand forecast.
