Running & cycling wear manufacturer — OEM & ODM technical kit

We engineer running and cycling apparel built to move: race tees, split and liner shorts, compression tights and bib shorts, cycling jerseys, base layers, and lightweight wind tops. Construction is performance-led — four-needle six-thread flatlock seaming to kill chafe, laser and thermal bonding for clean hems and grippers, sublimation printing for full-coverage team kit, and reflective transfers for low-light visibility.

Use the activewear printing guide to decide whether a compatible polyester sublimation route, screen print, heat transfer or DTF fits the artwork, substrate, coverage and use risk. No process name alone proves shade, panel alignment, wash life, stretch behavior or reflectivity.

  • Polyester/Lycra and polyester/spandex stretch knits (e.g. LY081305, LYS-226 at 87% polyester / 13% spandex) for wicking tights and shorts
  • A 63% polyester / 32% polypropylene / 5% elastane blend (LY-TE-732) for fast-drying base layers
  • Nylon/elastane and nylon/spandex wovens (LYS-01, QK112601) for abrasion-resistant outer shorts and jerseys
  • Merino and wool-blend knits (GP081506, LY-XT007) for temperature-regulating cold-weather kit

For lightweight, printed or bonded programs, the activewear fabric inspection checklist connects roll defects, usable width, print geometry, shade groups and bow/skew to marker and panel allocation before cutting.

Fiber identity, moisture wicking and drying do not prove odor control. Use the activewear anti-odor testing guide to specify odor adsorption/deodorization, bacterial-odor reduction, antibacterial activity, wash durability and garment wear evidence without making unsupported health claims.

For sun hoodies, running tops, cycling jerseys and sleeves, use the activewear UPF and UV-protection testing guide to map body fabric, mesh and openings and define dry, wet, stretched and after-care evidence. Do not infer UPF from polyester content, color, GSM or visible opacity.

For compression tights, bib shorts and base layers, use the compression activewear testing guide to keep textile stretch/power, garment pressure, fit and any recovery or performance claim as separate evidence layers.

For split, brief-lined and 2-in-1 running shorts, use the running shorts manufacturing guide to specify the outer shell and liner separately, including inseam, split geometry, waistband, phone/fuel load, chafe protocol, stride coverage, visibility and after-care function.

For running windbreakers, packable shells and rain layers, use the running jacket manufacturing guide to specify the shell stack, DWR/membrane evidence, seam tape, zippers, hood, vents, pocket loads, layering fit, pack route, care and exact weather claims. Surface wetting, hydrostatic penetration, air permeability, water-vapour resistance and wearer comfort are separate questions.

For padded road, race, endurance, gravel, cargo and indoor bib shorts, use the cycling bib shorts manufacturing guide to specify the rider, saddle/posture context, exact chamois or seat-pad code, pad size map and placement, bib straps, leg grippers, cargo loads, opacity, controlled on-bike protocol and care. Pad thickness, “multi-density,” “race fit” and “all-day comfort” are not interchangeable evidence.

Match the certificate/designation, article or material code and transaction evidence to the exact BOM; none alone proves every chemical, recycled-content or performance claim.
