Develop a product with its own point of view
Bring a sample, tech pack or market reference and explain what you want to improve. Our team helps turn that direction into a discussion of yarn and material options, knit texture, silhouette, colour and finishing. A premium reference is a starting point for your own product, not a promise to reproduce another brand’s material or design.
Designers, commercial staff and production teams contribute different perspectives. When a quality issue arises during production, factory-line and QC reviews help the team agree corrections and check the result against the approved requirements. Choose the construction before making performance claims
We use route-appropriate knitting systems for seamless leggings, sports bras, shaping tops and matched sets. Santoni electronic circular machines form tubular seamlesswear that can combine zonal structures, mesh ventilation and fewer selected panel seams. SHIMA SEIKI WHOLEGARMENT® is a separate flat-bed, three-dimensional knitting route for appropriate knitwear—not another circular-tube machine. The exact construction can still include a gusset, inseam, opening, trim or other local assembly, and compression, support, chafe and recovery require product-specific fit and test evidence.

A no-front-seam legging is not automatically seamless. Use the no-front-seam gusset, fit and manufacturing guide to map the actual front, back, gusset, inseam and waistband construction and to test migration, contour, opacity and comfort without promising one architecture will fit every body.
Fabrics in this category
Sample-library material references include nylon/polyamide-rich blends with elastane, such as 92% Polyamide / 8% Elastane (LYSL021) and 89% Polyamide / 8% Polypropylene / 3% Elastane (LYS-2544). These are recorded sample descriptions, not order-specific test certificates; confirm the final material specification for your project. Unclear or inconsistent source compositions are omitted rather than estimated. Polypropylene- and silver-fiber constructions are available as material directions, but composition alone does not prove moisture transfer, odor control, thermal regulation or recovery.

For a seamless sports bra, add the sports bra support testing protocol; zonal knitting, a racerback or an underband does not by itself establish low-, medium- or high-support performance.

- OEM: we knit to your tech pack, gauge and approved seamless sample.
- ODM: our team develops the knit program, fabric and styling from concept using our in-house library.

For a seamless order, verify the exact article/component scope before relying on OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100, and the exact process, chemical product or article designation before relying on bluesign/bluepass. Neither a facility logo nor one fabric document proves every style, color, finish or lot. Use the activewear chemical-compliance checklist.
