Seamless activewear manufacturing — OEM & ODM
We knit seamless leggings, sports bras, shaping tops and matched sets to shape on dedicated circular machines — Santoni for tubular seamless and Shima Seiki whole-garment knitting — so a single tube becomes a finished panel with engineered compression zones, mesh ventilation and bonded seams instead of stitched side seams. That means no chafe lines, true second-skin stretch and built-in support knitted directly into the fabric.

The gallery reflects what actually runs on our seamless lines: nylon/polyamide-rich blends with elastane for recovery, such as 92% Polyamide / 8% Elastane (LY-SL021) and 89% Polyamide / 8% Polypropylene / 3% Elastane (LYS-2544). Polypropylene blends add fast moisture transfer, and silver-fiber constructions like 72% Polyamide / 15% Silver Fiber (LY081452) bring odor control and thermal regulation.

- ODM: our team develops the knit program, fabric and styling from concept using our in-house library.

For premium seamless brands, OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 (skin-contact safety) and bluesign (clean inputs) matter most. As a factory-direct group, you knit through the maker, not a middleman.
