Whether you need studio-soft yoga tights or a firmer training fit, define opacity, stretch, fabric power, recovery and garment pressure separately rather than treating “high compression” as one material adjective.

Squat-proof construction (no see-through)
“Squat-proof” is the single biggest quality question in fitness apparel. GSM can contribute to coverage, but it cannot guarantee opacity by itself; yarn, knit density, color, actual fit stretch, pattern and finishing also matter. We control it in three ways:
- Fabric and fit selected together so the approved knit, color and size remain opaque at the garment’s intended wearing stretch
- Four-needle six-thread and flatlock seams, bonded waistbands and gusseted crotches that hold shape through squats and lunges
- IQC, IPQC and FQC controls, with a written stretch-opacity method and buyer-agreed final acceptance plan; AQL 2.5 can be used where specified, with third-party SGS / BV / Intertek inspection on request
You can request a physical squat test on samples before bulk approval, so opacity is checked on the intended color and fit before you commit.
