We manufacture the finishing pieces that complete a collection: structured and unstructured caps, five-panel and strapback hats, packable and reversible bucket hats, sun visors, beanies, knit and lined gloves, performance crew and grip-tab socks, belt bags, shoulder bags and oversized totes — all from our owned, vertically integrated factories in China.
Techniques and real materials
Headwear and bags are cut, embroidered and assembled in-house with custom trims — silicone logos, reflective transfers, woven patches and metal hardware. Socks and gloves run on circular knit and seamless lines (Santoni / Shima Seiki). The gallery shows the range we actually build: mohair skullies, twill mesh-back and water-resistant caps, canvas totes, hemp-blend and tie-dye crew socks, HEAT knitted and lined stretch gloves, and packable twill buckets. We also offer recycled polyester (GRS), organic blends, bamboo viscose and PFAS-free DWR finishes.
OEM builds to your tech pack; ODM develops headwear, sock and bag concepts from our design and fabric library. MOQ 200–300 pcs per style, sampling in 7–10 working days, bulk in 30–45 days.
For accessories, OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 matters most — these items sit against skin and hair — alongside GRS for recycled-content claims and bluesign for cleaner inputs.
