We manufacture the finishing pieces that complete a collection: structured and unstructured caps, five-panel and strapback hats, packable and reversible bucket hats, sun visors, beanies, knit and lined gloves, performance crew and grip-tab socks, belt bags, shoulder bags and oversized totes — all from our owned, vertically integrated factories in China.
Techniques and real materials
Headwear and bags are cut, embroidered and assembled in-house with custom trims — silicone logos, reflective transfers, woven patches and metal hardware. Socks and gloves run on circular knit and seamless lines (Santoni / Shima Seiki). The gallery shows the range we actually build: mohair skullies, twill mesh-back and water-resistant caps, canvas totes, hemp-blend and tie-dye crew socks, HEAT knitted and lined stretch gloves, and packable twill buckets. Recycled-polyester, organic-blend, bamboo-viscose and PFAS-free DWR options are subject to exact material/finish availability, order scope and supporting evidence.
For Pilates, reformer, barre and studio grip socks, use the grip sock manufacturing guide to define the foot range, relaxed and extended dimensions, yarn package, knit/terry map, toe and heel, cuff or straps, exact silicone system, buyer-original grip coverage, nominated equipment surfaces, internal hold and after-wash traction protocol. A silicone sole image does not prove one fit range, universal non-slip performance or wash life.
OEM builds to your tech pack; ODM develops headwear, sock and bag concepts from our design and fabric library. Full custom MOQ starts from 200 pcs per color and style, sampling takes 7–10 working days, and bulk takes 30–45 days. Standard ready styles can be requested privately through our Excel catalogue from 50 pcs per style.
For accessories, map each requirement to the exact component: OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 article/component scope, GRS recycled-content chain and transaction evidence, or a named bluesign/bluepass process/chemical/article designation.
