Ready Styles: the short catalogue request
Choose Ready Styles when you want to select an existing standard product rather than change the fabric, color, fit, pattern or construction. Approved logo application, branded hangtags and packaging can be discussed after the exact style is selected. The garment minimum does not automatically set the supplier minimum for each branded component; use the labels, logos and packaging guide to request a separate setup, component-MOQ and surplus plan.
Your first message only needs four useful details:
- Product category — for example leggings, sports bras, yoga sets, tanks, shorts, swimwear or jackets.
- Estimated quantity — at least 50 pieces per style, with at least 15 pieces for each selected color and size combination.
- Target market — for example the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia or another destination.
- Your contact details — email or WhatsApp so Jerry can send the current files.
You do not need to know the style number before you receive the Excel catalogue. The style list and current quotation are intentionally supplied directly instead of being published for unrestricted browsing.

Full Custom: the first development brief
Choose Full Custom Manufacturing when you need a new fabric, custom color, fit or pattern change, different construction, special trims, custom labels and packaging, or a new product developed for your brand.
For the first review, send:
- Product type — such as high-support sports bra, running shorts, seamless leggings, tennis dress or technical jacket.
- Target quantity — the standard starting point is 200 pieces per color and style.
- Starting point — tech pack, reference image, physical sample, sketch or written product direction.
- Required changes — fabric, color, fit, construction, trims, logo, labels or packaging.
- Target market and customer — this affects compliance, sizing and performance expectations.
- Preferred timing — sample deadline or planned launch window.
- Target price, if you have one — state whether it is a target FOB unit price or a landed-cost target.
A full custom quotation becomes more accurate after the material, construction, size range, decoration, packaging and order breakdown are defined. A first enquiry can still be simple: the factory should identify what is missing instead of forcing you to invent technical answers.

An activewear factory cannot give a firm price from a product name alone. “Leggings” can describe a basic stitched style, a high-compression performance product, a seamless design or a bonded construction with very different costs.
The main quotation variables are:
- fabric composition, weight, finish and certification;
- construction method and number of panels;
- size range and color breakdown;
- logo process, print, embroidery or special decoration;
- molded cups, zippers, elastic, drawcords and other trims;
- labels, hangtags and packaging;
- testing and inspection requirements;
- trade term, shipping destination and delivery method;
- total quantity per color and style.

Red flags in an activewear quotation
Pause before paying if a supplier:
- gives a firm custom unit price without asking about fabric, construction, quantity or decoration;
- treats 50-piece Ready Styles as permission to change the product itself;
- promises every fabric, color and trim at the same minimum;
- cannot explain whether a price is EXW, FOB, DAP or DDP;
- will not reconfirm stock or material availability before order approval;
- claims certifications without providing the legal entity and current supporting documents for verification.
