Develop activewear, sportswear and related apparel through material review, sampling, fit and construction decisions, then coordinate the approved product into production.
Standard starting point: 200 pieces per color and style. Special materials or techniques can require more.
A smaller Full Custom project?
Selected Full Custom projects of 100–200 pieces across multiple colors or styles can be reviewed individually. Send the total quantity and the color/style/size breakdown; feasibility and the final minimum are confirmed in writing.
We do not accept Full Custom bulk orders below 100 pieces. This review does not change Ready Styles from 50 pieces per style or 3D flocked support from 500 pieces per color and style.

1. Define the commercial brief
Share the target customer, market, quantity breakdown and delivery window. Explain the product problem or collection opportunity, with a sample or tech pack when available.
2. Review and approve the product
Review the material options, development scope and quotation. Use physical samples to agree fit, construction and the relevant quality checks before approving bulk production.
3. Coordinate production and follow-up
Confirm the specification, production site, milestones, inspection plan and shipping responsibilities in writing. Keep a record of approvals and any corrective actions.

What does Linked Sourcing do as an activewear sourcing agent?
Jerry coordinates the brand brief, material options, development samples, factory communication and quality follow-up in China. Linked Sourcing combines this sourcing role with access to a manufacturing group with six owned factories. The production site, responsible contracting entity and project scope are confirmed for each order.
Which brands are a good fit?
Our focus is mid-market and premium activewear brands that need material and fit development, supplier evaluation or a consistent repeat-production program. We work with overseas brands, including Europe, the UK, North America, Australia and New Zealand. Prepared new brands are welcome with a clear product direction and a feasible quantity.
Can you help us improve a product or change suppliers?
Yes. Share an existing sample or specification, the quality or fit issue, the required changes and your next delivery window. We review fabric, pattern, construction and the production route before agreeing samples and acceptance criteria. A previous supplier sample does not replace approval of the new production sample.
What are the minimum order quantities?
Standard Full Custom starts from 200 pieces per color and style. Selected projects of 100–200 total pieces across colors or styles can be reviewed individually; Full Custom bulk below 100 pieces is not accepted. Ready Styles start from 50 pieces per style, with at least 15 per selected color-size combination. The separate 3D flocked support program starts from 500 pieces per color and style.
How are sourcing fees and product prices agreed?
Send the product brief and quantity breakdown for a written quotation. Confirm the included development and coordination work, sample charges, product price, any separately charged services, inspection and shipping before approval. There is no universal public sourcing-fee percentage or fixed first-order spend requirement.
What should we send for a first project review?
Send your brand website or profile, target market, product category, quantity by color and style, intended delivery window and the main fabric, fit or quality requirement. Include a tech pack, reference image or sample if available. A target retail price can help explain the intended product positioning; a complete tech pack is not required for the first discussion.
